Can I add alcohol to my grocery list?
No, BRC does not purchase alcohol or tobacco products as part of our grocery delivery service.
How will I know that my order is confirmed?
A grocery concierge will contact you to confirm your order in detail before it is shopped.
How is delivery scheduled? Does someone have to be home?
Your grocery concierge will schedule your delivery after your order is confirmed. Scheduling is done in 2-hour blocks. Someone will have to be home to accept your delivery.
How do I pay for my groceries?
Bed Rest Concierge accepts Credit Cards, Checks and Cash; Payment must be secured before order is shopped.
How far in advance do I have to submit my shopping list?
We require 24 hours notice for grocery shopping needs. If there is an immediate need an additional fee will be charged. After hours and Holiday shopping are on a case-by-case basis and additional fees will be charged. Call for details.
I did not receive an item on my shopping list. The quantity or brand purchased was incorrect.
Contact Bed Rest Concierge immediately to get the order corrected.
I have coupons I would like to use; will you come and pick them up?
Yes, please tell your grocery concierge at the time of confirmation that you have coupons that you would like to use and they will schedule time to pick them up.
Does Bed Rest Concierge have a recommended store?
No, we will shop for your groceries at your desired location.
Will you purchase generic or store brand products?
Yes, we will purchase the brand specified by the client.
